Exchange Eligibility (Within 7 Days)
You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:
• The item is damaged, faulty, or defective
• You received the wrong product
• The product is different from what you ordered
• Any item is missing from your package
Note: All claims must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Exchange Process
Once we receive your returned item, our team will carefully review it. After approval, we will issue a replacement of the same value as mentioned on your invoice.
Exchange Due to Change of Mind
If you wish to exchange a product for personal reasons (like preference change):
• Shipping and handling costs will be paid by the customer
• Product must be unused and in original condition
Conditions for Exchange
To be eligible for exchange:
• Product must be unused and undamaged
• All tags, stickers, and original packaging must be intact
Price Difference in Exchange
• If the new item costs less, the remaining amount will be given as store credit
• If the new item costs more, you can pay the difference at delivery
Important Notes
• Items bought on discount or sale are not eligible for exchange or return
Refund Policy
Refund requests are processed within 14 working days after we receive the returned item.
• A 15% processing fee will be deducted from the total amount
